Clarity Consultation

Gain Insight, Feel Heard, and Discover the Right Path Forward for Your Child

A focused, compassionate 1:1 consultation designed to help you understand what level of functional care your child needs — without pressure, overwhelm, or guesswork.

Clarity Consultation

A focused consult to help you choose the right path for your child’s care.

This 1:1 consultation is designed for caregivers who are considering functional pediatric care and want professional guidance on what level of support their child truly needs. We listen, ask targeted questions, and help you determine whether the Mini Map, Firm Foundations, or another next step is the best fit.

Ideal for families who are ready to invest in functional care, but want clarity and direction before committing to a longer program.

About this visit

A space to be heard, understood, and guided.

During a Clarity Consultation, my priority is to listen well, understand your child’s story, and give you honest, clinically informed feedback about what type of support makes sense next. You can expect a calm, judgment-free conversation where your concerns are taken seriously.

What this visit is

  • A structured consult to hear your child’s history and current challenges
  • A chance to ask questions and feel validated in what you’ve noticed
  • Professional insight into what level of care your child may need
  • Guidance on whether to begin with the Mini Map, Firm Foundations, or another path

What this visit is not

  • Not a full treatment visit or a replacement for the Mini Map
  • Not a quick prescription or “band-aid” solution
  • Not a commitment to move forward if the program is not the right fit
  • Not high-pressure — my goal is alignment, not convincing
Inside the visit

What to expect from your Clarity Consultation.

  1. Sharing your child’s story.
You’ll describe your child’s symptoms, history, past evaluations, and what has or hasn’t helped so far.
  2. Targeted questions.
I’ll ask specific, clinically informed questions to better understand patterns in your child’s gut, immune system, nervous system, and environment.
  3. Reflecting back what I see.
I’ll summarize the themes and possible contributors I’m noticing, so you feel seen, validated, and better able to understand the “big picture.”
  4. Discussing options.
We’ll talk through whether beginning with the Mini Map, moving into Firm Foundations, or taking another step makes the most sense based on your goals and your child’s needs.
  5. Next-step clarity.
You’ll leave the visit with a clear recommendation and a realistic understanding of what deeper functional care would look like for your family.

I approach these conversations as both a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner and a Christ-centered clinician who believes your child was intentionally created and deserves thoughtful, individualized care.

Clarity Consultation

This visit is a focused, professional consult dedicated to understanding your child and helping you choose the right level of care. It is not a generic “free discovery call” — it is protected time set aside specifically for your family.

$97 applied toward your program if you enroll

This fee ensures that these sessions are reserved for families who are seriously exploring functional care and want a thoughtful, realistic conversation about what long-term support would entail.

If, after this visit, we both agree that Firm Foundations or another program is the right next step, your consultation fee will be credited toward that enrollment.

If you feel something is being missed, you’re not alone.

Many of the families I work with have been told that their child’s labs are “normal,” that they will “grow out of it,” or that what they’re experiencing is just part of childhood. Your concern is not an overreaction. It is often the Holy Spirit and your God-given intuition nudging you to look deeper.

As a board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner and functional medicine provider, I take that nudge seriously. As a Christ follower, I believe God cares deeply about your child’s health and has given us both wisdom and tools to pursue healing.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start moving forward with clarity, this consultation is a gentle but decisive first step.

Looking for direction? I’m here.
